Through my understanding, cb refers to private part of a women. I don't mind if anyone uses this word in their conversations. I am open to any vulgarities used. However, I felt offended towards this reply that I received. I mean I don't expect this type of 'thank you' reply. It may seemed as 'nothing' to you.
